BrandScope AI ("BrandScope", "we", "our") operates the website brandscope.dev and provides an AI mention monitoring service. We are an individual-operated product. For any privacy questions, contact us at support@brandscope.dev.

2. What we collect

Account data: email address and authentication details (via our auth provider).
Brand data you submit: brand names, domains, keywords, competitors, and descriptions you add for monitoring.
Payment data: handled entirely by our payment provider Creem (Merchant of Record). We do not store or process your card details.
Usage data: basic analytics of how you use the dashboard.

3. How we use your data

To run weekly AI mention reports for the brands you monitor.
To manage your subscription and access.
To send you report notifications and product updates (you can opt out).
To improve the service.

4. AI processing

To generate mention reports, we send your brand name, keywords, and product description to third-party AI models (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Qwen, GLM, Kimi) via our provider OpenRouter. This data is used solely to answer questions about your brand and determine how AI assistants mention it.

5. Data storage and retention

Data is stored in a managed database (Supabase). We retain your account and report data while your account is active. You can delete your brands at any time; deleting your account removes your personal data. Payment records are retained by our payment provider as required by law.

6. Third-party services

Creem (creem.io) — payments, billing, and tax (Merchant of Record).
Supabase (supabase.com) — authentication and database.
OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) — LLM API access.
Vercel (vercel.com) — hosting.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also export or delete your data from the dashboard. If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR; if in other jurisdictions, applicable local laws apply.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email or on the site.
